- Process OEM enquiries - Receive, disseminate and process internal customer enquiries both verbal & written
- Process Ongoing Orders - Liaise with Internal departments such as manufacturing and design to process and expedite Customer orders to meet customer expected delivery
- Maintain Order book - Maintain order book and order list to allow regular OEM reports
- Develop and Maintain CRM (customer relationship system) - Assist in the development and help maintain the CRM records to ensure global communication
- Maintain OEM Price Book - Maintain and assist in the review of OEM pricelists and price book on SharePoint
- Create Professional Tenders – Using templates and company software to produce professional quotations and proposals, ensuring commercial and technical requirements are clearly presented to customers.
- Maintain Marketing and Bid Templates - Maintain the department literature and templates with revision control to ensure latest up to date information available.
- Support External Sales Engineers - Support the UK sales engineers dedicated to OEM market- including where necessary limited on site visit to maintain close OEM working relationships
- Maintain Monthly Order book and Credit split policy - Maintain Credit splits/Financial record to allocate correct funds to AES engineers and Branches for OEM sales
Your training
All training will be carried out in your workplace, via a monthly group delivery session with your allocated tutor.
