  • Receiving stock and associated administration
  • Counting and checking against the delivery note or order on the system, where there is no delivery note
  • Labelling the stock with the part number on it
  • Inputting what is received into the PC MRP system
  • Contacting suppliers about any stock issues
  • Picking parts accurately from stock to make up kits, working from kitting lists

Your training

  • As part of your apprenticeship, and dependent on your prior attainment and age, you may be required to complete English and maths Functional Skills, which is an integral part of your apprenticeship
  • Upon successful completion, you will be awarded additional certificates of recognition for these qualifications
