- Ensure that collections cases are progressed efficiently inline with agreed upon targets and service levels.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy across case records.
- Deliver clear communication to clients, stakeholders and debtors.
- Produce and process documentation accurately and within regulatory standards
- Build effective working relationships with colleagues to ensure smooth case outcomes
- Identify and resolve discrepancies, escalating risks to the appropriate channel

Within the Collections team, colleagues may have the opportunity to progress into roles such as Case Handler and Senior Case Handler, subject to business needs, role availability, performance, and budget requirements.
