• Assisting all relevant departments. • Providing office support where needed to ensure the business runs smoothly. • Supporting the Purchasing team with purchase orders, quotations, supplier communication and invoicing. • Assisting with booking deliveries into the system and checking incoming goods. • Helping picking and preparing orders for dispatch. • Assisting with monitoring stock levels, deliveries and outstanding orders. • Ensuring stock and paperwork are recorded accurately. • Communicating with internal departments, suppliers and other stakeholders in the correct manner. • Learning about the products and services that we offer. • Giving feedback on team efficiency and suggesting possible improvements. • Following company procedures and maintaining a safe and organised working environment. • Undertaking other duties as assigned

Your training

Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship Standard BPC Grow for Apprentices Personal Development Programme 1 day a week at B&P College to complete their Business Administration course.
