This is a fantastic opportunity to learn new skills, build your confidence and gain a recognised qualification while playing an important part in the smooth day-to-day running of our business.

Your duties will include:

  • Providing administrative support to colleagues in the Finance team and other departments across the business.
  • Carrying out data entry and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assisting with digital banking and day-to-day financial administration.
  • Supporting basic accounting tasks and helping to follow up outstanding invoices and payments.

You’ll be part of a supportive working environment where you can learn from experienced colleagues, develop your attention to detail and communication skills, and build a strong foundation for a future career in business administration.

Your training

All delivery for this apprenticeship will take place within your place of work. A dedicated Vocational Trainer will visit on average once every 4 weeks, to establish a personal learning and development plan, outlining a schedule of training activities and business objectives.

You will complete a mixture of on and off the job training, including workshops, face to face training and working towards creating a portfolio of relevant practical evidence. You’ll also be supported by your colleagues at all times, and will have a full induction.

You will have a review every 8-12 weeks with your Line Manager and Trainer to discuss your progress.
