Responsibilities will include:

  • CAD Design: Producing and amending 2D technical drawings for commercial kitchen/ventilation and HVAC projects
  • Administrative Support: Providing general administrative assistance to the management team to ensure the smooth running of the office
  • CAD Knowledge: A working knowledge of AutoCAD (or similar CAD software) is important. Further on the job training will be provided
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner
  • Organisational Skills: The ability to organise time efficiently
  • IT Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Reliability: A proactive team player with a strong work ethic

Your training

  • The apprentice will be working towards the Level 3 Engineering and Manufacturing Support Technician Apprenticeship Standard
  • Qualifications include the EAL Level 3 Diploma in Engineering and manufacturing support technologies

  • Working towards becoming a project manager
