  • Support the Digital Marketing team with social media planning and strategy
  • Assist with influencer outreach and relationship building
  • Schedule and publish content across multiple social platforms
  • Help plan and maintain monthly content calendars
  • Conduct research such as hashtag analysis, competitor reviews, and trend monitoring
  • Manage community engagement, including responding to customer inquiries and handling complaints professionally
  • Review and improve product listings to enhance visibility and conversions
  • Support the creation and delivery of live video content for product promotions
  • Generate new campaign ideas based on current trends and platform features
  • Create and contribute to blogs, videos, images, and advertising copy
  • Assist with reporting on campaign performance and suggesting improvements

Successful completion of the apprenticeship may lead to a permanent full-time role, subject to performance and business needs.
