  • Deliver first-line IT support to users via phone, email and remote support
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and system-related issues
  • Install, configure and maintain desktop PCs, laptops and mobile devices
  • Set up new user accounts and manage passwords using
  • Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
  • Support network connectivity, printers and business applications
  • Record and manage support requests using the IT helpdesk system
  • Assist with software installations, system upgrades and hardware deployments
  • Carry out routine maintenance to ensure systems remain secure and up to date
  • Help maintain accurate technical documentation and IT asset records
