- Respond to incoming IT support requests via phone, email and remote support tools.
- Log, prioritise and update support tickets using the company's helpdesk system.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues.
- Configure and deploy laptops, desktops and mobile devices.
- Support Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Assist with password resets, user account administration and access permissions.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers when required.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and customer records.
- Carry out system checks and routine maintenance to ensure devices remain operational.
- Deliver excellent customer service while keeping customers updated on the progress of their support requests.
