  • Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email and face to face.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services and processes.
  • Assist in resolving customer issues and complaints professionally.
  • Process customer requests, orders and records accurately.
  • Maintain customer databases and administrative records.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across different departments.
  • Develop communication, problem-solving and organisational skills.
  • Follow company procedures, policies and service standards.
  • Complete apprenticeships training and coursework alongside practical work experience.
