We are looking for a Marketing Apprentice to join our marketing function, working day to day with our Marketing Team Lead on campaigns across our recruitment brands. This is a hands-on role in a busy recruitment business: you will help us attract doctors and dentists to register with us, promote our services to hospitals, GP practices and dental groups, and keep our brands visible online.
- Draft, schedule and publish content across our social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook), website and email
- Support paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta and Google / PPC) and review the results using the platforms' analytics
- Create and edit content for blogs, job adverts, email campaigns, graphics and short video, using design and AI tools in collaboration with the team
- Contribute ideas to the marketing plan based on what campaign data is telling us
- Use research data, dashboards and spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets) to inform targeting, planning and reporting
- Maintain our library of marketing assets, both digital and offline (event materials, brochures, adverts)
- Help organise marketing activity including events, mailers and candidate / client campaigns
- Keep marketing contact lists and campaign data accurate in our CRM and email platforms
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, and suggest improvements
- Work with colleagues across the recruitment desks (internal stakeholders) and with external partners such as job boards and suppliers
What you will learn:
- Planning and running multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Content creation and copywriting, including using generative AI responsibly
- Social media management and paid advertising
- Marketing analytics and reporting
- Brand, GDPR and marketing compliance basics
What we are looking for:
- Interest in marketing, social media and digital content
- Good written English and an eye for detail
- Comfortable with basic spreadsheets and picking up new software
- Creative, organised and happy to take feedback
- Curious about AI tools and how they can be used well
Your training
You will undertake the Multi-channel Marketing level 3 apprenticeship, which includes:
- Multi-channel Marketer Apprenticeship Standard Level 3
- Functional Skills in maths and English if required
- You will receive full training and support from the Just IT apprenticeship team to increase your skills
- Delivery method and location of delivery to be confirmed
- Your training will include gaining internationally recognised Level 3 qualification
