Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Support children’s development in line with the EYFS
  • Assist with observations and learning records
  • Support daily routines, activities and transitions
  • Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being
  • Work in partnership with colleagues and parents

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience with children (preferred)
  • Commitment to completing the Level 3 qualification
  • Passion for early years education
  • Team player with a nurturing approach
  • Understanding of safeguarding (training provided)

Your training

On the Job training will be in the work place whilst working as an apprentice, supporting the children between the ages of 0 and 5 years old. You will attend Online Masterclass once per month and will have ongoing support and meetings from your skills coach and employer/mentor
