Duties include:

  • You need to be willing to take part in tea parties, draw multiple animals and love an outdoor walk
  • To ensure that paperwork is completed and monitored within the room effectively
  • Ensure your working practice is to a high standard
  • To undertake certain domestic jobs within the nursery, e.g. preparation of meals, snacks cleansing of equipment, putting out bins, cleaning etc.

Your training

  • Early Years Educator Level 3
  • Training will include paediatric first aid qualification
  • You will be based at the workplace with your assessor coming out to visit you

Where it leads

After completion of your apprenticeship, you will potentially have the opportunity to progress onto full-time positions within the business.

Things to consider

Successful candidates will be required to complete an enhanced DBS and suitability checks as well as paediatric first aid.
