This is an apprenticeship position, and you will complete the Business Administrator Level 3
Apprenticeship alongside your role.
However, this is not a traditional administration apprenticeship.
You will work directly with our Chief Education Officer (CEdO) and become involved in the day-to
day coordination of education across ESTAR.
You will communicate with tutors, learners, employers and colleagues across the organisation,
helping us ensure every apprenticeship programme is organised, responsive and focused on
delivering an outstanding learner experience.
As Education Coordinator, you will become a central point of support within ESTAR's Education
Team.
Reporting directly to the Chief Education Officer, you will help coordinate the people, information,
documentation and activities involved in delivering our apprenticeship programmes.
One day you might be helping the Chief Education Officer prepare for a programme review; the next
you could be speaking with a tutor about learner progress, contacting a learner regarding an
upcoming review, preparing information for an employer or updating educational records.
You will also support curriculum resources, programme documentation, meetings, learner progress
tracking, digital learning systems and quality activity.
You will not be expected to know everything when you join us.
We will teach you.
As your knowledge, confidence and abilities develop, we will gradually give you greater
responsibility and ownership.
Our aim is to develop someone who can become a trusted member of the Education Team and a key
support to our Chief Education Officer as ESTAR continues to grow.
