  • Support the Governance, Risk and Performance Team across the three disciplines, with a primary focus on governance administration, meeting support and the effective operation of Ocean Housing’s governance, risks and performance framework.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support for internal governance groups, and OHL Board and Committees with diary management, collation of papers, minute taking, action tracking and maintaining accurate governance records.
  • Contribute to effective governance, risk management, performance monitoring and regulatory assurance across the organisation.
  • An apprenticeship position within the Governance, Risk and Performance Team, providing structured learning and practical experience in business and governance administration, meeting support, risk management and performance monitoring within a registered provider of social housing. The role will support the post holder to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required for the relevant Level 3 apprenticeship programme, with a strong focus on accuracy, confidentiality, organisation, communication and professional stakeholder support.

Your training

You will be working towards a Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship standard.

You will be required to attend Cornwall College St Austell on a fortnightly basis as part of the apprenticeship training.

You will receive on and off the job training and support from an assessor and your employer.
