As a Hairdressing Level 2 Apprentice at The House of Hair, you will begin an exciting journey into the hair and beauty industry, gaining hands-on experience in a professional salon environment while working towards a recognised qualification. You will support the senior stylists and wider team with day-to-day salon duties, learning the foundations of hairdressing while developing your practical skills and confidence. Your role will involve assisting with client services, maintaining the presentation of the salon, and delivering excellent customer care at all times. Key Responsibilities: • Assisting stylists with a range of services, including washing, conditioning, and preparing clients for cuts, colours, and treatments • Greeting clients warmly, ensuring they feel comfortable and well looked after throughout their visit • Maintaining a clean, organised, and professional salon environment in line with health and safety standards • Preparing equipment, tools, and products for use during appointments • Supporting with reception duties where required, such as booking appointments and handling enquiries • Assisting with stock management and replenishment of products • Observing and learning from experienced stylists to build your technical knowledge and understanding of current trends

Training & Development: You will work towards your Level 2 Hairdressing qualification, combining practical on-the-job training with structured learning.
