  • Answering the telephone and dealing with queries

  • Filing - keeping staff records up to date

Where it leads

  • Learning the role of a HR Support - being supported by a team, observing, learning and executing various tasks
  • This will naturally progress based on the individual into a more senior role, covering all aspects of the role
