  • Monitor cloud infrastructure, platforms and applications to help maintain reliable and available services
  • Respond to operational alerts, carry out first-line investigation and escalate incidents when needed
  • Record, prioritise and update incidents using established service management processes
  • Support routine infrastructure operations, maintenance activities, changes and service requests
  • Help investigate recurring technical issues and contribute to resolving problems
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation, configuration records and asset information
  • Work with engineers, users and third-party suppliers to support infrastructure services
  • Follow security, compliance, data protection and operational procedures
  • Develop your technical skills through practical experience, training and knowledge sharing
  • Contribute ideas to improve infrastructure services and operational processes

Your training

  • IT Solutions Technician Level 3
  • Blended training with SoftServe LTD and Learning Provider
  • Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm 40 hours a week
  • At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training with Learning Provider

You'll have a strong foundation in infrastructure operations, monitoring, service management, incident and problem management, testing, asset and configuration management, enabling progression into Infrastructure Operations Engineer and related infrastructure roles.
