  • Take details from customers about their IT problems
  • Find and fix faults
  • Track work in progress and record issues and solutions within          Helpdesk Software
  • Update online knowledge banks and/or create Standard Operating  Procedures
  • Service equipment like printers, projectors, Peripherals
  • Set up new equipment and upgrade existing systems (PC’s, Printers)
  • Assist Users with Software issues
  • Give Basic handover training on Microsoft Products
  • Monitor Backups

Where it leads

  • There will be the possibility of a full-time role upon successful completion of the apprenticeship
