  • Provide first- and second-line IT support to staff across multiple sites, resolving hardware, software, network and user account issues through face-to-face, telephone, email and helpdesk support.
  • Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, Macs, Chromebooks, mobile devices, printers and other IT equipment, ensuring systems remain operational and up to date.
  • Support Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and endpoint management solutions including Microsoft Intune, SCCM and JAMF, assisting with device deployment, software updates and security maintenance.
  • Create and manage user accounts, passwords and permissions, while supporting staff onboarding with account setup and equipment configuration.
  • Assist with maintaining wired and wireless network infrastructure, troubleshooting connectivity issues and supporting virtual environments and wider IT infrastructure projects.
  • Maintain accurate support documentation, follow IT policies and security procedures, escalate complex issues when required, and use technical resources to deliver effective solutions.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by building positive relationships with staff, contributing to IT improvement projects, and providing on-site technical support across multiple locations as needed.

This Level 3 apprenticeship provides everything you need to immerse yourself in the exciting world of technology and launch a rewarding career in IT.

You’ll get hands-on experience in all areas of technical support, from configuring devices to supporting with software, optimising performance and setting up virtual environments. With our unique curriculum and one-to-one support, you’ll accelerate your skills and get the qualification and confidence you need to thrive in IT.

You’ll be based full-time with an employer and will quickly become an important part of the team. Our training is 100% online, including real-time classes with our expert trainers and self-paced courses created by industry specialists.
