  • Welcome customers and patients and provide friendly, professional customer service
  • Serve customers at the pharmacy counter and respond to routine enquiries appropriately
  • Support prescription collection and help direct patients to the pharmacist when advice is required
  • Process till transactions and handle payments accurately
  • Help maintain stock levels, receive deliveries, replenish shelves and keep displays tidy
  • Support the team with general administrative and day-to-day pharmacy duties
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and follow pharmacy procedures at all times
  • Complete the Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship alongside practical workplace training
