  • Welcome and assist patients at the counter, providing friendly and professional customer service
  • Help process prescriptions under the supervision of a registered pharmacist
  • Prepare and label medicines safely and accurately
  • Manage stock: checking deliveries, rotating stock, and keeping shelves organised
  • Handle phone enquiries from patients, GPs, and other healthcare professionals
  • Learn to use the pharmacy computer systems for dispensing and record‑keeping
  • Support the sale of over‑the‑counter medicines following pharmacy protocols
  • Keep the dispensary and retail areas clean, tidy, and compliant with regulations
  • Work as part of the pharmacy team to ensure patients receive timely, safe medication
  • Complete apprenticeship training tasks, on‑the‑job learning, and assessments
