GTSSE is a specialist drainage and site investigation company operating nationally across the UK. We work with a wide range of commercial clients, delivering high-quality surveys, investigations, and drainage solutions. Our small but busy office team keeps the operation running smoothly behind the scenes - and we're growing. We're looking for a Business Administration Apprentice to join us and become a core part of that team.

This isn't a role where you'll be making tea and watching other people work. From early on, you'll be trusted with real responsibilities that directly support the business.

What you'll be doing:

Day to day, your role will be varied. You'll be uploading and managing jobs on our project management system, supporting the production of site investigation reports and technical drawings, handling client communications via email, and providing general administrative support across the office. You'll work closely with the wider team and get exposure to how a professional services business operates from the inside.

What we're looking for:

We want someone who is organised, takes pride in their work, and isn't afraid to get stuck in. You'll need to be confident using computers and picking up new software quickly. Good written communication skills are important, as you'll be dealing with clients. Above all, we're looking for someone with a positive attitude and a genuine willingness to learn.

We also provide a bespoke service around the needs of leading facility companies, UK insurers and loss adjusters providing subsidence investigation and drainage services to both domestic and commercial properties.
