  • Preparing surfaces ready for plastering, including cleaning and applying bonding agents
  • Mixing and applying plaster to walls and ceilings to achieve a smooth finish
  • Repairing and patching damaged plasterwork
  • Applying finishing coats and ensuring surfaces are ready for decoration
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment on site

Your training

  • After 21 months, you will become a fully qualified Level 2 Plasterer
  • You will need to attend our training centre for 2 days, every 2 weeks in Bristol

Where it leads

  • To become a qualified plasterer with the opportunity to progress to Site Supervisor, Foreperson or several other options
