  • Spend time within the production department to develop into a competent and multi-skilled operator.
  • Support the assembly, tooling, and manufacture of rooflight products in line with quality and production standards.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of the end-to-end manufacturing process and how products are produced.
  • Assist with daily production activities to ensure workflow and operational targets are met.
  • Maintain a safe and organised working environment, adhering to company health and safety procedures.
  • Learn and understand the systems and processes that support manufacturing operations.
  • Develop working knowledge of the BC14 ERP system and its role within the business.
  • Support the processing and administration of production jobs within BC14.
  • Assist with workload planning and allocation activities to support production efficiency.
  • Help maintain accurate production and system records.
  • Work closely with both production and office-based teams to support the smooth running of manufacturing operations.
  • Undertake training and continuous development to build knowledge across both operational and administrative functions.

Possibility of full-time employment following the successful completion of the apprenticeship.
