  • Support the planning, coordination and delivery of projects and programmes
  • Work with senior leaders and project teams to help deliver strategic objectives
  • Assist with creating and maintaining project plans, reports and documentation
  • Collect, analyse and use data to support project and programme delivery
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks, issues and opportunities
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Support meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes and tracking actions
  • Help develop clear, efficient ways of working to improve project delivery
  • Communicate project updates to stakeholders and contribute to regular progress reports
  • Learn and apply project management tools, techniques and best practices while working towards the Associate Project Manager Level 4 Apprenticeship Standard

Your training

  • Training will take place through a combination of workplace learning and remote training sessions
  • The apprentice will attend one remote training session each month with the training provider, alongside on-the-job learning and support in the workplace

Where it leads

Upon successful completion of the Associate Project Manager Level 4 Apprenticeship, you may have the opportunity to progress into a Project Officer, Project Manager or Programme Management role, subject to performance and organisational opportunities.

The apprenticeship also provides a strong foundation for further professional development, including progression to the Project Manager (Integrated Degree) apprenticeship or professional membership and development within the project management profession.
