  • Support the delivery of communications activities that enhance Citizen's reputation among customers, stakeholders, local communities, and local, national and trade media
  • Develop engaging content for an external audience that helps tell the story of our business and brand
  • Learn how to engage with media outlets and key influencers on
  • Use content performance data and insights to inform future communications activity and optimise existing content where appropriate
  • Learn about crisis communication principles and tools, and support the team during communication incidents where appropriate
  • Take part in meetings with the wider business and stakeholders
  • Draft customer case studies and create content for use across customer communications channels
  • Attend apprenticeship training sessions and complete coursework
  • Embrace new learning opportunities and contribute ideas

Your training

You will learn on the job through coaching and mentoring from in house experts, as well as be trained and guided by a specialist apprenticeship tutor

Apprenticeship training will be completed remotely on a monthly basis with the option of more regular sessions if you require them
