  • Telephone Screening & Vetting: Conduct telephone interviews, check work histories, and assist with essential safeguarding compliance (DBS checks, references).
  • Nursery Outreach & Market Research: Contact private day nurseries across London to identify staffing needs, update contact details for managers, and introduce available staff for upcoming sickness cover.

Training will be with Juniper Training.

Where it leads

Clear progression: successful apprentices can step directly into a full Recruitment Consultant role with uncapped monthly commission.
