  • Assisting with filling temporary and permanent bookings.
  • Speaking with candidates about suitable job opportunities.
  • Contacting candidates to discuss their availability for work.
  • Supporting compliance and vetting processes to ensure candidates are ready for placement.
  • Providing general administrative support to the recruitment team.
  • Building relationships with clients and candidates over the phone.
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating the recruitment database.
  • Delivering excellent customer service to both schools and candidates.

Your training

The Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration includes:

  • Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration
  • Level 2 Functional Skills in Mathematics (if applicable)
  • Level 2 Functional Skills in English (if applicable)

You will attend a half-day training session with HBTC, where you will develop your business administration knowledge and skills, and work towards any required Functional Skills qualifications (where needed). Additional off-the-job training and an End Point Assessment will also form part of the Apprenticeship.
