What you’ll do at work:

Headhunting & Candidate Search:

  • Proactively headhunting candidates for Sales, Recruitment and commercial roles
  • Conducting structured qualification calls to assess suitability and motivations
  • Building and maintaining candidate pipelines for live vacancies
  • Preparing candidate summaries, notes and qualification documentation
  • Updating CRM records with accurate candidate information

Client Support & Delivery:

  • Assisting consultants with live vacancies and shortlisting
  • Coordinating interviews, managing feedback and supporting the candidate journey
  • Preparing shortlist packs and supporting documentation
  • Ensuring communication with clients and candidates is professional, timely and clear

Business Development Support:

  • Conducting market research into recruitment agencies and commercial teams across the UK
  • Creating target lists for outreach and headhunting campaigns
  • Assisting with client pitch materials, proposals and BD collateral
  • Supporting consultants with lead generation and relationship‑building activity

Marketing & Brand Support:

  • Helping create content for Tio Talent’s digital channels
  • Supporting brand consistency across messaging and outreach
  • Assisting with events, networking activity and community engagement

Administration:

  • General administrative support to the team
  • Using the CRM to add and update clients, candidates and vacancies
  • Coordinating interviews and managing documentation
  • Maintaining accurate records of candidate and client interactions
  • Supporting reporting, data management and workflow organisation

Your training

Recruiter Level 3.

An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. Off-the-job training will follow the time allocations outlined in the occupational standard.

Where it leads

Full-time role as a Recruitment Consultant.
