Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients in a warm, professional manner
  • Manage appointment bookings via phone, online systems, and in person
  • Coordinate the daily schedule to maximise stylist productivity
  • Handle client enquiries, consultations, and service recommendations
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records
  • Promote retail products and upsell services where appropriate
  • Ensure the reception and salon environment is clean, organised, and presentable
  • Support the team with administrative tasks and stock management

Where it leads

There will be a full time position if the candidate is suitable to support in running the salon.
