THE ROLE

As a Sports Coach at Super Star Sport, you will:

  • Deliver fun, high-quality sports sessions to children of all ages
  • Create a positive, safe, and energetic environment
  • Encourage participation, confidence, and skill development
  • Work in schools, holiday camps, and community settings
  • Be a positive role model and ambassador for the company

✅ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR You should have:

  • A passion for sport and working with children
  • Energy, reliability, and a positive attitude
  • Confidence leading groups and delivering activities
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • A willingness to learn and develop Desirable (but not essential)
  • Coaching qualifications
  • Experience working with children
  • First Aid qualification
  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)

Your training

  • The apprentice will receive full on the job training from the employer as well as 20% off the job training, they will also receive a full wrap around service from SCL

Where it leads

  • The apprentice can progress on to the next level once they have completed their apprenticeship

We are the leading UK supplier of nursery sports coaching, delivering fun and engaging sports sessions for children in many settings across the country. We follow the Early Years guidelines, and our sessions are OFSTED-approved. As a company, we also provide a wide range of other sports and educational services, including sport provision within primary schools, children’s centres, and other childcare settings. Additionally, we run weekend sports sessions, youth football teams, and exciting sports birthday parties.
