The role is predominantly based in our Engineering lab, so will include working with Development Technicians on the following tasks:
- Build and test prototype circuits to concept designs produced by the design engineers.
- Assembly and soldering of Printed Circuit Boards.
- Assisting with the wiring of inverters and electronic assemblies.
- design support and test circuits.
- To specify and source components.
- To assist with the development of production solutions.
- Assist with internal and external development activities.
- Build prototype mechanical assemblies to concept designs produced by the design engineers.
Skills that are required or will be taught:
- Crimping
- Wiring
- Soldering
- Unit assembly
- Use of hand tools
- Metalworking

Upon completion of the apprenticeship, you may be offered a permanent contract.
