  • Scheduling technician training and coordinating bookings
  • Maintaining detailed gap analysis records
  • Monitoring, updating, and sharing certification documents
  • Responding to technician queries in a professional and timely manner
  • Supporting apprenticeship recruitment activities
  • Assisting with agreements and administrative documentation
  • Carrying out general administrative and ad-hoc duties as required
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring data is up to date
  • Supporting the wider team with operational tasks and business processes

Your training

The Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration includes:

  • Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration
  • Level 2 Functional Skills in mathematics (if applicable)
  • Level 2 Functional Skills in English (if applicable)

You will attend a half-day training session with HBTC, where you will develop your business administration knowledge and skills, and work towards any required Functional Skills qualifications (where needed).

Additional off-the-job training and an End Point Assessment will also form part of the Apprenticeship.
