- Communicate with customers by telephone and email, providing a professional and helpful service.
- Handle customer enquiries and ensure they are passed to the appropriate team or colleague.
- Arrange and manage customer appointments, ensuring they
are scheduled accurately and within agreed Service Level Agreements. - Update and maintain customer records and internal systems with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Complete administrative tasks and allocated work in line with company processes and procedures.
- Prepare, complete and process paperwork and
documentation both electronically and manually where required. - Ensure all information is recorded accurately and within agreed timescales.
- Work closely with colleagues, customers and other
stakeholders to support the smooth running of day-to-day operations. - Develop a good understanding of company systems,
processes and procedures, with support from experienced administrators and a workplace mentor. - Attend team meetings, training sessions and Toolbox Talks, contributing where appropriate.
- Take responsibility for your own learning and development,
completing apprenticeship work and attending training sessions as required. - Maintain a high standard of organisation, accuracy and
professionalism when completing administrative duties. - Follow company policies, procedures and relevant
legislation, including health & safety requirements. - Build positive working relationships with colleagues, customers and other stakeholders.
- Complete any other reasonable administrative duties
relevant to the role and apprenticeship.
Your training
Full day-to-day training will be provided by the employer.
This apprenticeship qualification is called Level 3 Business Administrator.
The learning will be delivered by dedicated, industry-specialist tutors via remote sessions.
These session take place once or twice per month, for up to 2 hours, at a time convenient for both you and the employer.
