Working closely with Account and Projects Managers, you will learn how to interpret client requirements, producing written specifications and identifying labour and material requirements in order to generate quotations, using our bespoke in-house system.

  • Interpreting client briefs, working alongside Account and Project Managers to ensure client requirements are fully understood
    Where required, meeting with Clients during project briefings
  • Generate written specifications for each item by studying client issued proposals, specifications, and related documents
  • Engages with Production Management to ascertain best construction methodologies
  • Identify labour and material requirements by studying proposals, specifications, and related documents.
  • Liaises with suppliers for material/products costs where not already available within our system
  • Compute costs by inputting all labour and material requirements
  • Working as part of a team, maintaining lines of communication
