As a Hair Apprentice, you will learn on-the-job while completing your training .

Your daily duties include.

Shampooing and conditioning hair
Keeping the salon clean, tidy, and welcoming
Assisting senior stylists
Observing and practicing cutting, styling, and colouring techniques under supervision
Attending regular training sessions alongside your college course, sessions delivered through NWSLC via day release at their Nuneaton Campus

Full--time stylist position for the right candidate upon completion of the apprenticeship.

You will be standing for 8 hours a day, sweeping,cleaning ,scrrubbing colour bowls making teas and coffees .
Expect your arms and hands to be constantly wet.
You will spend a long time mastering the perfect shampoo, head massage, and towel-dry before you are trusted with scissors or chemical formulations, but these are the foundations which build a good hairdresser.
