- Drive, establish and maintain our CORE values throughout your team.
- Support the business with Sickness Procedure
- Administrating Company job boards
- Setting up new job adverts, sending applications/CV’s to care homes
- Arranging interviews when required
- Drafting offer letters and contracts for new employees
- Maintaining HR personal files and updating with starters and leavers
- Processing DBS checks
- Providing factual references for employees
- Taking minutes at meetings
- General administrative tasks including filing, photo copying and preparing precedent letters
Your training
- The successful candidate will complete Level 3 HR Support Apprenticeship Standard.
- This will be delivered in the workplace, with a tutor visiting once a month.
- The only times you would be required to attend college would be for induction, and if you have any maths and English functional skills to complete.
- Maths and English classes would be weekly until the exams are passed.
- If you hold either GCSE grade 4 or above, or a level 2 in maths and English, you will not be required to do these again.
Where it leads
Your earnings can increase over time with an apprenticeship.
For the right candidate there is the possibility of permanent employment and going on to complete further qualifications.
