  • Dealing with enquiries via email and by phone. Taking messages and passing on to the correct staff member. 
  • Supporting with daily office operations, including room bookings. 
  • Using CRM system to update records. 
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality when inputting sensitive data. 
  • Preparing and editing documents. 
  • Participating in monthly team meetings and one-to-one line management. 
  • Completing assignments and reflective practice.  
  • HR support- assisting with recruitment of new staff and maintaining training records. 
  • Working collaboratively with the business manager and accountants to monitor income and expenditure. 
  • Upholding all organisational policies and procedures. 
  • Supporting all departments with service admin.

You will gain experience of working with internal and external clients and be involved in problem solving and planning.
