  • Serve on Trade Counter
  • Answer phone to take sales orders
  • Process paperwork
  • Learn stock items as well as checking stock
  • Process deliveries and package orders for customers
  • Learn basic bench locksmith 
  • Ensure the shopfloor is tidy and meets health and safety requirements
  • Provide excellent customer service and answer any queries regarding products/the service
