Daily duties will include:

  • Supporting international shipments, bookings and customs processes
  • Preparing shipping documents and maintaining accurate records
  • Tracking deliveries and providing shipment updates
  • Communicating with customers, suppliers and colleagues by phone and email
  • Using company systems to process orders and support excellent customer service

Blended approach to delivery which could include webinars, face-to-face, Teams, telephone and online learning.

Where it leads

Following successful completion of the apprenticeship, there may be opportunities to progress into roles within Logistics, Customs Compliance, Supply Chain, or Business Administration.
