  • Answering phones and directing calls
  • Responding to emails
  • Customer facing in the office
  • Supporting care workers and answering queries
  • Providing PPE to care workers
  • Scanning, copying and supporting the manager in the office with tasks using software such as Teams, Excel, Word, etc.

Your training

  • Business Administrator Level 3
  • All learning will take place with a tutor in monthly workshops via teams

Where it leads

  • Full-time permanent contract and great progression opportunities throughout the company
  • Administrator to office management with scope to become a care service manager

  • Essential: IT user
  • Ideally (but not essential) - GCSE A*-C/9-4 in English and maths
  • Any social care experience would be an advantage
  • Working knowledge of social media and Microsoft packages also desirable
