  • Responding to customer queries via phone and email
  • Sending professional emails and letters
  • Arranging and booking training courses
  • Scheduling meeting and training rooms
  • Organising refreshments for training sessions
  • Preparing and sending out training certificates
  • Managing diaries and calendars
  • Preparing and printing training materials
  • Setting up training room layouts
  • Photocopying, filing, and scanning documents
  • Providing general administrative support to the team
