  • Listing and maintaining products on eBay, Amazon and other ecommerce platforms
  • Checking our prices against other sellers to make sure we're competitive
  • Updating product information, descriptions and pricing
  • Monitoring online sales and looking for opportunities to increase sales
  • Processing and managing customer orders
  • Printing delivery labels and preparing orders for dispatch
  • Completing the daily delivery note run
  • Helping to maintain accurate and professional product listings
  • Supporting promotions and new product launches
  • Learning how to use ecommerce platforms and tools
  • Using sales information to identify opportunities to improve performance
  • Working with the wider team to help grow our online business

Your training

Business Administrator Level 3.

Training will be delivered through Nottinghamshire Training Group (head office, Worksop), with sessions held on alternate Tuesdays at the centre and alternate Tuesdays via remote learning.
