  • Providing general administrative support, including document preparation, data entry, filing, records and post
  • Supporting purchasing and finance administration, including raising purchase orders and liaising with colleagues and suppliers
  • Helping organise meetings, events and internal activities, including diaries, rooms, documentation and refreshments
  • Responding to routine enquiries professionally and building positive relationships with colleagues, customers and other contacts
  • Supporting office operations, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock and maintaining shared facilities
  • Assisting with projects, ad-hoc tasks and opportunities to improve everyday processes
  • Developing confidence and skills in Microsoft Office, business systems and wider business processes
  • Working collaboratively with different teams while adapting to changing priorities
  • Taking increasing ownership and responsibility as your knowledge, skills and confidence develop

Your training

  • Business Administrator Level 3
  • This is delivered using a variety of in person and online sessions during work hours over the duration of the 18-month apprenticeship 

Where it leads

After successful completion all qualified apprentices are offered a permanent position relevant to their qualification if still employed with Vp.
