Your training

The apprentice will work towards the mandatory level 2 engineering operations qualifications required by the standard and develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to work safely and effectively in an engineering environment.

Where it leads

Successful completion of the apprenticeship will provide a strong foundation for a career within engineering, manufacturing and surface technologies. BEP states that it runs a continuous programme of apprentice recruitment and development across its business.

Future employment and progression opportunities will depend on performance, business requirements and vacancies available at the time.
