  • Provide first-line technical support through the Service Desk
  • Work on support tickets and assist senior engineers
  • Help set up PCs and laptops
  • Handle common requests, including password resets, new-user requests and fault logging
  • Act as a first point of contact for customers by phone, email and the customer portal
  • Keep customers informed using clear, straightforward language
  • Liaise with internal colleagues to help ensure services are delivered effectively
  • Work within agreed service levels, aiming for efficient resolution and a strong first-time-fix rate
