  • Provide first-line technical support to internal users
  • Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT hardware and devices
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Support the secure handling, testing, and processing of IT equipment
  • Learn and follow data security and compliance procedures (GDPR, WEEE, ISO standards)
  • Maintain accurate records of IT assets, faults, and resolutions
  • Assist with system updates, backups, and basic network support
  • Liaise with operations teams to support smooth service delivery
  • Follow health, safety, and environmental policies
  • Support general administrative and documentation tasks related to IT operations
