- Front-of-house and reception support: welcoming visitors, artists, participants, partners and hirers in a professional and inclusive way.
- Customer enquiries: responding to enquiries by phone, email, in person and through online channels, and directing people to the right team member where needed.
- Event and workshop administration: supporting bookings, attendance lists, registration, participant communications and follow-up information for UKCCA activities.
- Participant and community support: helping learners, families, community groups and artists access information about programmes, workshops and events.
- Venue hire and room booking support: assisting with room enquiries, availability checks, booking records and customer communications.
- Ticketing or event registration support: helping customers book places, confirm attendance and receive event information.
- CRM/database and record keeping: maintaining accurate customer, participant, partner and booking records in line with data protection requirements.
