  • Serve food and beverages to guests in the restaurant and bar, ensuring excellent customer service
  • Greet customers, take orders, manage bookings and handle payments
  • Maintain clean, safe and well-presented dining areas, clearing and resetting tables
  • Support team members and resolve customer queries or complaints professionally
  • Promote menu items and upsell to enhance guest experience and business performance
